Facility was clean. Front staff was very helpful with check in and out. I did see laundry being brung up to my dad's room. My dad needs assistance with eating but he was not receiving any assistance his tray was just in front of him on his table. He requires build up silverware and lipped dishes. Doesn't seem like they even offer to take him to the dining room. He said he didn't get a tour and had no idea what the facility looks like or if there was a dining room. He kept asking for his nails trimmed and a hair cut. He got neither. Myself and my husband competed that for him today.

I would give this facility zero stars if I could. The staff is consistently rude and inattentive, showing little to no compassion for the residents. It feels like no one is paying attention to even basic care needs, and concerns are either ignored or brushed off. The food is mediocre at best, which is unacceptable for a place responsible for people’s health and recovery. On top of that, personal belongings have gone missing—including my father’s clothes and even money—which raises serious concerns about security and accountability. To make matters worse, some staff members have shown up smelling strongly of marijuana, which is completely inappropriate in a professional care environment and deeply concerning given the responsibility they have for vulnerable patients. Overall, the environment feels neglectful, and it’s clear that the staff simply does not care. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their loved ones’ care.

This place is deplorable the girls sit there on their phones all day they do nothing! they're getting paid for nothing when you ask them to do something they ignore you and management does nothing about it! these are the people that they are hiring they ought to be ashamed of themselves all of them! I have a loved one in there and we're trying to get her out transfered to a place that cares!it's like nobody works there at all! nobody does anything for these people absolutely disgusting we have an attorney working on our case that place needs to be shut down!!!!

TERRIBLE staff they stand around on there phones or talking EVEN SLEEPING ON DUTY, instead of taking any time for a patients needs, Never bothered helping my Dad , now he was sent to VA hospital with all kinds of infections and is passing away!!! If there sleeping when the food tray comes out , they leave it far away from them and don’t try to wake them up, my father can’t walk so he went without eating so many meals and lost soo much wait, They leave them in soiled undergarments, they don’t turn them in there beds, AS FOR PERSONALITY TO THE PATIENT, MEAN AS HELL , Tall skinny Blonde girl, Totaling ignores them, Bells ringing everywhere and none of them care to see what’s wrong, totally ignored!BEWARE NEVER TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!!!! The only thing good is there PT department, But when you are to sick from being ignored you can’t due you PT properly, to even have a fighting chance of living or at the very least being transformed to a hospital 😢. Please Be Careful

As somebody already said in here, If it were possible to give it a zero star , I would. I have a friend who's currently in there.\nAnd the care that she is receiving is just absolutely barbaric and absurd. I don't know how these people sleep with themselves at night.But I hope they realized that their judgment they will come. The food is always cold and terrible if you get any. Apparently , the portions are quite small and selective. Rooms are never cleaned. Patience asking for help , waiting for hours upon hours for anybody. My friend has been waiting literally for 3 days for a Band-Aid. She has a wound that keeps bleeding.Won't stop and no way to stop it because they won't give her anything to use. The lack of food has made her go under a hundred pounds. If family members have things door dashed for them, they never arrived to them before.The items are well cold and they refuse to warm them up. It will take the family member who ordered it to spark fire under somebody to bring it to the patient. You are treated less than human here , pretty much like cattle , maybe not cattle might be treated better. I would not recommend this place to anybody , not even my worst enemy. What I am truly surprised about is this place has not been shut down. I don't know if somebody's paying somebody under-the-table or what's going on?Or if it's just truly being ignored and neglected , but this place , should be seriously investigated for abuse and fraud. May the Lord have mercy on the people that are stuck there with no where else to go. I hope the owner and the worker's realize that God is always watching even when somebody else doesn't see. And that judgment day will come for all. May they do better in their future , for they people that they are being paid to care for.
