The staff at Rosebud genuinely cares about their residents. The housekeepers and the CNAs have gone out of their way to make connections with my mom.

I would not have thought I would be writing a glowing review of a senior rehab but seeing my mom happy everyday and gaining strength with therapy leaves me no choice. The staff at Rosebud listen to her and make her feel well taken care of. Family visit everyday but it is the staff the keep her motivated to keep working so she can get home very soon. Thank you Rosebud!

As of December 11th 2024 very disappointed in there higher upside. Spoke to Sara about my mother's care as I went to visit to find her crying because her oxygen had had the monster bottle turned off and her nose was sore and she had pooped all the way up the front of herself. I asked her nurse about oxygen she acted as she did not know how to fix it. I asked about mom being full of poop up the front. She pushed button I waited 30mins by this time I found gloves and changed her myself which I understand there is alot of people but when I saw how red and sore her butt was I was upset. They have no barrier cream in her room or nothing. Mom is pitiful being on hospice and it's hard enough we had to put her there what really hurts me is I told Sara this on the phone she didn't even apologize she said ok I'll put in a grievance. What does that even mean. I mean my goodness I apologize on behalf of my employer all the time because stuff happens and it's just a simple I'm sorry I'll find out why she doesn't have cream etc. Nope it was a I'll put in a grievance and that was it.
