There aren't enough 'stars' to give for places like this. There are just so many unbelievably special things about Monica and Rose Villa, that I could be typing this review for an hour. The short version is that, after our mom passed away, we were scrambling to find a place for our 91 year old dad. We met with Monica the day after Christmas, and she was able to get our dad moved in that same day. For nearly 18 months, all of the staff took the absolute best care of dad that we could have ever imagined. They treated him like they would their own family, and they became a part of ours. Thank you Monica, and all of the staff at Rose Villa.

Rose Villa is a wonderful place. Our mom was a resident here for a number of years and Monica took such good care of her. Monica is so knowledgeable about different resources. She made Rose Villa a happy place by always keeping it clean, coordinating care services to the home such as a visiting doctor, podiatry and a beauty technicians to upkeep my mom’s hair and nails. If my mom needed physical therapy, labs, booster shots, or x-rays, Monica coordinated mobile providers who came to the assisted living. Most of all she made the place feel like a home by decorating and baking her special banana bread and pumpkin spice muffins. We were so fortunate to have found her.

This residential assisted living home is so beautifully remodeled and decorated and there is so much attention to detail. From the assistive devices provided, to the menu, to resident care, Monica and her staff make residents feel as loved as they are. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the smell of homemade banana bread. We saw the residents in the main area laughing and engaged in activities. I’m so happy she had a vacancy as I know now how rare this is. I highly recommend this assisted living home to anyone looking for personalized care for their loved one!

After seeing the options in Phoenix we can honestly say Rose Villa Assisted Living Home I, is the best option. This is a beautiful residential assisted living, newly remodeled and with with personal care provided to each resident. Each resident has their own private room, beautiful shared restrooms, and comfortable furniture available. They offer group dining and weekly activities including bingo, mental math, hangman, balloon tennis, and music therapy. Monica is attentive and her staff members are sweet and hardworking. If you want individualized care for your mom and dad with an on call house doctor, podiatrist, delivering pharmacy we would highly recommend Rose Villa Assisted Living Home I.

Rose Villa Assisted Living Home is one of the best in Phoenix! The facility is newly remodeled with the needs of the residents in mind, including roll-in showers, spacious bedrooms, and a beautifully decorated living and dining area. The staff is wonderful and the home is always immaculate. The care is managed by a master-prepared licensed social worker who has hospital experience. The manager is compassionate and always goes above and beyond to make sure the medical and psychosocial needs of the residents in her home are met. I would highly recommend this home!
