I am lost for words this place looks so beautiful u would think it would have the staff to match. Unfortunately it was only one that shined bright ms. Shamika Thomas,she stopped what she was doing nd helped clean up my grandmother, nd her room from the poop she was covered in. while everyone else looked nd laughed at her shes 81 years old its nothing funny about this situation. her assigned CNA didnt know she was even in the room nd when she was informed she still didnt step up nd do anything, instead she put blame on the nurse. this wasn't the care I thought my grandmother were going to receive im terrified that something horrible is going to happen to her. Because I left at 9:34pm under the impression that she's in good hands it was two CNA's that was suppose to rotate watch every 15 mins on top of the routine 2 hours checks (the staff informed me that they dont do the 2 hrs checks) so I believed her because this is coming from the supervisor just to hear that between 11pm nd 12am that night she fell keep in mind she was sleep when I left so how?? Nd she injured her left rib cage only how? Im extremely pissed off about this whole ordeal

Celebrated Father’s Day with staff and Fathers at Post Acute. We gave cards and caps to all the fathers present including the staff.

Riverside Post Acute has one of the best physical and occupational therapy teams I’ve encountered. Their therapists take the time to create individualized treatment plans based on each resident’s unique needs and goals. There are many reasons I would recommend Riverside Post Acute, but their PT and OT programs are definitely among the things that stand out most.

Memory Care Unit! The administrator for this particular unit Cardennia Mincey is very much appreciated! She goes over and beyond to ensure that the residents and their families are taken care of! My grandfather remains in the facility still to this day because of her and her efforts to improve the quality of service! I truly applaud her. She listens to concerns and takes action to change things for the better and good of all the residents. Her interaction with the residents and the their families speaks volumes! Makes you feel very much welcome! The nurse Melva is very much appreciated as well! She is very attentive and we love how she communicates. Pam, Sharonda, Barbara, Dora and Amber just to name a few CNA’s that my family and appreciate as well! They work tirelessly to ensure that the residents are taken care of! I make sure that they know how much I appreciate and love them for all that they do! My family does too!

I cannot recommend Deatriss Hayes highly enough as a concierge! She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm personality truly set her apart.
