I was told by the staff to "Treat Park Ridge as home because it is." That night, I removed my necklace and placed it on the table next to the bed. When I woke up the next morning, it was gone. Park Ridge not only refused to replace or compensate me for my loss, they blamed me for leaving valuables in plain sight.

This facility is the worst placed you could put a loved one. They are dishonest her loved one was in this facility for 30 days and in those 30 days one of the staff went into her purse got her debit card and exploited her for $10,000. The facility took no responsibility in the matter and continues to avoid speaking with us. It’s in the court system right now and they continue to allow this individual to plead not guilty when they have all the evidence of all the transactions that were made they have her own camera. They have the addresses where she DoorDash food to the actual Parkridge nursing and rehab facility. I would not place an animal in this place.

This Place is Amazing. I Arrived from UF Health not able to do anything for myself. I couldn't use the bathroom or anything. I got here and the staff here was perfect. I was a little depressed. But they made me feel really good. They didn't treat me like I didn't matter. The Staff took care of me. The Nurses Know their jobs, they are professional and Friendly. The Therapists that help me get home are Great to. The Activities they have for the patients are Fantastic. If you are your love one become ill and needs lot of help. This is the place to come. You will not regret it. The place is Very Clean and the food is really good. They even have Food Trucks that visit the Residents. Their are alot of Nurses and help around the Clock. I enjoyed my stay. You will to.

My mon was here for 1 week of rehab. I found the place to be clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly. The social worker took care of helping get mom the oxygen she needed for being able to go home. A special call out to Nurse Brenda for being kind and answering all my questions about what to expect next. We arrived at 4:30 PM and they did a evaluation when we got to the room to see what help mom needed.

This is a horrible place to leave your loved ones. My husband was placed there for a short rehab for the entire time I complained about one thing or another. He had to be sent to the emergency room twice and the last time he could have died. From management to the receptionist not one person gave a damn nor acknowledgement the lack of care given. Thankful I watched and stayed on top of things but this could have been worse.. For those with elderly family that really depends on the care and compassion run and find some where else for your family. My husband will never go there again for any reason.. I will accept rehab in Africa first before I allow him there.
