This is Rosella . I am currently a patient at Northbank. I have been here since April and my stay has been very pleasant. Before discharging next week I want to thank the team at Northbank. Therapy has been wonderful came in not walking and Im leaving walking thanks to Jojo, Jamie, Tracy, Maite ,Sean, Monica and Kyla in therapy and the activity girls Maria and Lattimore along with Jamie. I also want to thank Nursing department Mrs. Roberts, Constance, Nick, Chilli. I will miss y'all very much. And a special shout out to Josh the administrator and Remy the DON.

The Activities Director at this nursing home does an amazing job creating a fun, caring, and welcoming environment for the residents. The activities are always well-organized, engaging, and planned with the residents’ happiness and well-being in mind. From games and music to holiday events and social gatherings, there is always something enjoyable for everyone to participate in. The staff is patient, friendly, and truly cares about keeping the residents active, involved, and smiling. You can tell a lot of effort and love goes into making each activity special, and it really makes a positive difference in the atmosphere of the facility.

I must say, one of the most exciting things about North Bank is the Activities Director, Jamie Bailey. A seasoned supervisor with a true passion for people, Jamie brings energy, creativity, and excellence to everything she does. From her thoughtful preparation to the amazing decorations and unforgettable events, her activities are nothing short of epic. She has a special gift for making people feel included, valued, and excited to participate. Her dedication, leadership, and heart truly make a difference. Simply put—she rocks!

Therapy department is amazing,Tracy,Jojo,Maite, Jamie and Sean wonderful and friendly people and it's the best part of my day I have made great improvements. Nurse Roberts is a wonderful nurse. Nurse Esther and Nick are also great nurses. They take well care of me . CNAs are attentive to my needs . The food is pretty good as well. ¹¹

This facility and their staff are well below substandard. My mother-in-law was there over a year and was neglected in the most inhumane manner possible. As soon as you step out of the lobby, you immediately smell human excrement. The 2nd and third floors have such a strong urine smell, that your eyes will involuntarily water. She fell and was not treated for the injury. She had stroke symptoms and was also left untreated. She had only two baths in 12 months and only because we stood there and demanded it be done. The patient care staff was aggressive and hateful. She lost almost 60 pounds and weighed under 100lbs. We visited at least twice a week and always found her shivering in a dark room without the television on, in her own feces, filthy floors, no blanket, ants crawling on her, and she would be disoriented and weeping in agony. We met with department leadership multiple times to no avail. If this place has any 5 star reviews, they are fraudulent. We witnessed every resident treated in a similar fashion. We were an active family presence and still this atrocious care happened. Someone needs to save the residents that have no one to care about them from this nightmare organization that treats human beings in such an appalling way.
