Sunrise Senior Living on Belfort is the best kept secret in Jacksonville for assisted living! Priced about $1000 per month LESS than the dirty-dingy-depressing others we visited. Facility is gorgeous! Mom has encountered only top quality, truly caring professionals there and made many friends at the excellent activities offered at Sunrise. Food is delicious. Everything is so personalized and much attention given to each resident. Tough decision to move out of state, since Florida son passed away, to live near her 3 daughters in Michigan.

We met with Jim to see the property & available rooms. He graciously listened to our needs & showed us around. Sunrise is lovely, has kind & friendly staff, delicious food, light & airy decor, a lovely garden walking area, and many activity rooms. It’s a lovely place to call home!

I recently visited Sunrise Retirement Home and was genuinely impressed. The first thing that caught my eye was how clean and well-maintained everything was. It’s clear there’s real attention to detail, which makes a big difference in a place where your mom will be cared for.<br><br>What truly made the visit special, though, was the staff. Everyone I met was warm and friendly. They took the time to genuinely engage with residents and visitors, not in a forced way. I can feel the difference.<br><br>There’s also a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the community. It doesn’t feel institutional at all. Instead, it feels comfortable. You get the sense that residents are cared for not just physically, but emotionally as well.

The level of care is wonderful at Sunrise..there is a family feel that goes a very long way in my husband’s care. I feel well cared for as well when I visit. The Staff is very approachable.

You can be sure that Sunrise of Jacksonville cares about its residents, and will provide a safe haven for them. They did an excellent job of caring for my mother. They were very attentive, professional and kind to my mom during her years there in 2020, 2021 and 2022. I highly recommend them.
