My mother has been at The Quarters for three months, and the care has been exceptional. The nursing staff are incredibly attentive and responsive to her specific medical needs, managing her medications diligently. The facility is consistently clean and odorless. I'm very impressed with the activity director, who genuinely engages residents, and the therapy team helped her regain mobility faster than we expected. I highly recommend them."

Upon arrival I was admitted to the rehab floor my door was sealed with a sticker made me feel like it was designed for my stay. Concierge Alycia welcomed me very knowledgeable and patient. Any of my issues and or concerns has been handled in a timely fashion. Cna Jackie went over and beyond to help me with my needs. Housekeeping supervisor Connie she was quick and prompt about getting my clothes back to me after they are washed Connie team of housekeepers keep my room very clean. Overall the Quarters have a great Administration team. I recommend this facility if you want to see friendly faces and caring people.

If your love one can't do thing for themselves this is not the place. My sister was there less than 2 weeks. Left with a bed sore so big and bad she needed a surgery to clean it up. Bad bladder infection, which sent her to the hospital, but that was our saving grace that got her out of there. I will say the speech therapist seems to care for the patients. And the students. But the regular staff???<br>TERRIBLE. WITH ATTITUDES...

This place is the pits. Most are just there for a paycheck. Davion is very unprofessional as a social worker. He isn’t knowledgeable and shouldn’t be tasked with the job he is doing. Everything shiny isn’t pretty. This zip code is good, but the Quarters is NOT!
