The workers here are rude. My mother asked about her medication that was given to her, and when asked about the medicine in the cup, the CMT told her, “ she don’t have time for all of that” and told my mom she needed to talk to her doctor about her meds , because. And when my mom was trying to tell that the medicine in the cup is different from what she takes at home. She then told my mother to take her medicine or not, it didn’t make a difference to her. And my mom said this had been going on for a while,I think my mom said her name was Kenya. Or something with a K. I just don’t get how they can have people working in these nursing homes with that kind of attitude.

This place is horrible, the walls are covered in Mold, and are falling apart, the vending machines took my money three times, and I have still yet to get my money back. My mother had a fall recently, and they neglected to contact me, my mother had to contact me from the hospital, I am so full of rage about oak park, I just can’t imagine how any one could leave there loved ones in this facility, and when I tried talking to the administrator, she would not make the time to talk to me, she just blew me off. If I could give this place a. Negative 10 stars I would, worst experience ever.

Oak Park is warm, welcoming, and you can tell the team genuinely enjoys being there. The building is always well kept and the staff are personable and kind. Always going above and beyond expectations. Peggy in admissions was so helpful and made sure the transition was as smooth as possible. Thank you Oak Park!!
