My father was in Pruitt for several weeks and had caring staff and therapists who worked hard for his recovery. The facility was clean and inviting and the rehabilitation facilities are outstanding.

Pruitt!!!! please do not take your elderly parent here. The rehab is a joke. they neglected My 91-year-old father everyday. he ended up with a huge bed sore, very painful and they did not take care of it . he was lucky to get his diaper changed twice a day half the time. they didn't have any sheets or washcloths. On the weekends they would leave him in the bed some days I would walk in there blinds closed tv off they wrote him off as soon as he got there because of his age and he was so positive and wanted to try so hard and they took the life right out of him until he died in their care. we advocated for him everyday. we had a family member go up there everyday checking on him but it didn't matter. I saw this with all the older patients. they were neglected the most. shame on you rehab. shame on you!!!! shame on everyone that had a hand in my dad's neglect. I will pray everyday that you do next by the right patient. everyone deserves a chance it doesn't matter your age. he was thriving when he went in there and on his death certificate you put failure to thrive. God bless you all

Im usually not the type who leaves reviews. In this instance, I am going to. I've had the opportunity to be at this facility twice now, due to injuries that required inpatient physical and occupational therapy. When I saw that this hospital only had a 3+ star reviews. I thought I would leave one. The first time I was here, was approximately 7 months ago. Then I was here for basically the same reason. I had had a full knee replacement and my knee, time to time would buckle and I would fall. One time I fell and injured both knees and was hospitalized for a week or so and was referred to this particular Pruitt physical rehab rehabilitation facity, to help get my back in my feet. Please keep in mind, this review are for both of my visits. I had the opportunity to meet many Terrific, polite and professional individuals on both visits. The first and second visit has several nurses that have remained at this hospital and who I think, needs special recognition for there outstanding professionalism, politeness and stand out for going over and beyond there normal job duties. First, I would like to mention Ms. Jill Brook the admissions coordinator. She has stayed in contact with since my hospital stay for a bad fall I had, which caused two injuries. My back and again my knee, when it buckled again and had a bad fall down my homes stair case. Ms. Jill has gone out of her way to do her best to have me return here, after I told her about my Terrific visit here months prior. Finally when I was ready to leave the hospital. A bed became available and she called me with the good news, that I could return here. I was very excited and could not wait to get here and start the physical rehabilitation process. From day one, as soon as I entered the building. I was greeted by several nice people who got me settled in my room, and several people who went over my prescriptions the hospital Dr. Had prescribed along with my current medications I was taking at home. Angela from the admission team went over all of them and assured me, I would remain on them without change, which I was concerned about. My first night here I had met my most favorite Nurse again, that took such great care of me from my first visit. Her name is Daisy, the night nurse. She immediately recognized me and greeted me and was happy to see me again. After a brief discussion on what brought me back, she continued to take such great care of me with her usual polite smile and great attitude throughout my visit. She is such a Terrific Nurse, I had to make sure I mentioned her. Second favorite Nurse is Alisa. She too, made sure to take great care of me, along with Michelle B. All so polite and professional. I also need to give the CNA staff, my thanks for also taking good care of me and when I was in need of something, I just hit the call button and a CNA would promptly arrive, asking what they could help me with. My favorite was a young lady named Keshia. She was always on the ball performing her usual duties that comes along with her job, which she took pride in doing and took great care of me. I think the Therapy team, whom most I knew from my first visit along with a new physical therapist, I had the pleasure of meeting. All of the Physical and Occupational therapist are very well trained and professional at there jobs. I need to of course mention my favorite, Tiffany. Once again her smile and sense of humor kept me smiling all the time when she was working to get me back on my feet again. All of the therapist were polite and a pleasure to work with. The entire facility is up to date, equipment wise, both medically and also has a great gym/therapy center, also with quite a few workout machines which were easy to operate, some better than the current gym I have a membership to at home. I had a very good rehabilitation and Highly recomend, this Pruitt Health Union Point Monroe, N.C. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Hospital!!! A very special thanks goes to a CNA, who came in a very early cold morning and took the time in covering me back up with my blankets. Thank you so very much Adeline!!!

My husband, Bill, was a resident of Pruitt Healthcare-Union Pointe from November 2024 until he passed away in September 2025. Pruitt is a wonderful facility. The CNA's, Nurses, Doctors, and Staff are all caring and treated him with love and respect. The facility is clean and well maintained. They treated us like family, and my family was very pleased with Pruitt. There is an open-door policy for the director, Ty, and the nursing director, Shelton. I was so thankful for his nurses, Beverly, Izzy, Jewry, and Mint. Rachel and Janet do a wonderful job with daily events for the residents. When he had to go into Hospice, Pruitt has their own Hospice team, with a wonderful compassionate staff that took care of him and keep me informed through his journey. I would highly recommend Pruitt-Union Pointe for anyone who is looking for a facility for their family members.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pruitt and the incredible staff who work there. From the moment my mother became a resident she has been treated with genuine kindness, respect, and compassion. I especially want to thank Renee, Beth, Quinta, and Izzy for the exceptional care they provide. Their patience, warmth, and dedication to my mother - and all of the residents there do not go unnoticed. It brings our family so much peace knowing my mother is in the best hands and is treated like a person, not just a patient. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which speaks volumes about the pride the staff takes in their work. It is rare to find a staff member not cleaning, engaging with, or providing care to a resident. Every staff member we’ve encountered has been friendly, attentive, and truly kind to my mother - always making her feel safe and comfortable. Choosing a long-term care facility is never easy, but this team has made all the difference - especially after the nightmare experience we had with the first long-term care facility my mother was residing at in Monroe. I am deeply grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown here and would highly recommend this facility to any family looking for excellent care for their loved one.
