When my late wife Jeanne's health took a negative turn in the summer of 2023, we reached out to Providence Life Services, for Palliative Care. Dr Tengerstrom's monthly visits always help brighten her day, as well as provided me with necessary medical guidance when the time came in October of 2024 to transition her to Hospice care.<br>I cannot thank enough the entire staff at Providence, from Sarah the Hospice Coordinator, to Olivia who took care of her grooming needs, to Nadia who massaged away her aches, to Allison for counseling care, to Annette who would come to sit with Jeanne and allow me to go shopping and run errands, to the various nurses who were on call, and especially to Nurse Chad who not only provided her with tender, compassionate care, but also served to support me and give me courage and strength when I needed it most.<br>Jeanne stepped into eternity on the morning of October 31, 2024, and the Providence staff continues to check in with me, through the grieving stages.
