I would have gave 5 stars but you can blame the kitchen staff for that. Hope and her little crew are some of the rudiest folks istg. Ofc it might depend on who you are too.update: after speaking to the owner and explaining to her why I gave the review that I gave, I was asked to please remove my review!!! Why would I do that when Iam explaining to you how your residents are being treated without change? Speaking to someone about an issue but the issue not being changed does not mean the issue is resolved so why would I remove my review? You have so many positive reviews I'm almost convinced it really does matter who you are.. all the owner did was get my side of the story that doesn't mean did you get good feedback enough for me to remove my review I said what I said because it needed to be said and something needs to change. If I'm not mistaken the resident that I'm speaking of has already came to the owner with a complaint and nothing at all changed then either so no I cannot and will not remove my review. Thank You....

My father is there and love’s this place. He is 94 years old and just raves about all the activities and just how nice everyone is and totally accommodating. Tara that works there and the rest of the folks he thinks are the best folks on earth.

I’m proud to be part of the Prime West Knoxville family! The residents here truly feel like home, and the staff goes above and beyond every day to make sure everyone feels cared for, comfortable, and valued. The community has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere filled with laughter, great food, and genuine friendships. It’s a wonderful place for seniors who want to enjoy independent living with a caring touch. I’d highly recommend Prime West Knoxville to anyone looking for a vibrant and supportive community. 💫

This is absolutely the best place to be! Management is absolutely amazing! The facility is beautiful and the residents are even better! Prime West Knoxville is such a bright and beautifully maintained community. The residents are wonderful and friendly and are always welcoming. The staff are like family who strive for excellence and always help when needed!
