Sherrill Hills Retirement Resort is an all-inclusive independent senior living community for residents 55 and older located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Nestled in the Eastern Tennessee Valley overlooking the Cumberland Mountains and the Smokies, the community sits near 30 miles of scenic walking trails through surrounding greenery.

The community offers all-inclusive monthly rent with no buy-in fees or long-term leases, covering all services and amenities. Residents receive chef-prepared meals three times daily through the Signature Freedom Dining program, plus a Chef's Pantry offering sandwiches, pizzas, and grab-and-go options. The monthly rent includes housekeeping, 24/7 service, and access to an on-site bank, pharmacy, gift shop, and salon. Should additional care become necessary, residents may contract with third-party in-home healthcare providers to age in place.

The community features a full calendar of activities and programs including fitness classes, card games, movies, workshops, and live entertainment. Residents can participate in resident-organized gardens, attend weekly happy hours, enjoy a theater with comfortable seating, and use the fitness center. An RLC Travel Program allows residents to stay in guest suites at sister communities for free. Transportation within a 15-mile radius is available via community bus service.
