The experience I have had so far with Home Instead deserves 5 stars. After my initial meeting with Kylie to communicate the need I had regarding the specific care for my mother, within a few days Kylie assigned Debbie to my mother's care. I am pleased to share that Debbie is working well with my mom for several weeks now and also with me. She is a mature individual who takes her responsibility seriously and is following the plan of care I requested. Kylie has continued to follow up with me to ensure there is good communication and that all is going well with my mother's care. I have also had communication with two other individuals at Home Instead, Hannah and Brittany L., who have been extremely nice and caring.
