They don’t care for their patients nor their loved ones trying to reach them. Called multiple times and was on hold for a while and my loved one wasn’t given proper care when we visited she was saying she was thirsty but where are the nurses then?? I’m debating moving my loved one this is ridiculous

Horrible experience patient was there for physical therapy left in bed in gown for days with no therapy not dressed you try to call 3rd floor nursing station and all they do is hang up on you. They also " lost" his Ozempic, was told a nurse was coming out to talk to us about it, never happened. Administration..you have my name and number on the message I left you days before discharge.

Went to visit a loved one at this facility, and was greeted by an exceptional nurse by the name of Stephanie Bryant. Her professionalism was awesome. It gives me peace knowing that a nurse like her is in charge of care for my Aunt. I Would recommend this facility family and friends. Thanks for all that you do and keep up the good work

Please if you love your family do not bring them here. Me and my wife have been trying to get ahold of anyone in regards of her mother. She has been trying to call them sense 2pm it's not 7 and she's been on hold for almost an hour now. We were called by her cancer clinic and told she missed a appointment Thursday so they rescheduled it for Monday, apparently they also didn't take her to her Monday appointment which we found out today from the cancer clinic not the rehab. We have been trying to talk to anyone about her mother for almost two weeks (to give us an update on her health which they told us they would do in a few days sense we last spoke) so now at this point it's been a week and a half with them giving us no contact other than being placed on hold. Tomorrow either me or my wife will be up there to speak to someone personally about getting this matter reported to the insurance and her transfered. This has not been a problem more recently they have been a struggle to deal with for the last 2 months.
