Our Mother, Janet was at this wonderful facility after a broken femur and knee replacement, she is 94 years old. The staff from top to bottom is some of the finest professionals and in general people who care for the patients needs and care. Each person was friendly with a smile, truly concerned about our mother and her care and even the personal one on one time with just visiting and talking with her. Her therapy team, are the best we have seen and prepared mom to be able to go home and function and have her ready when it was time. They also had everything arranged for us for home health care, nurse visit and therapy when mom arrived home. We didn't put any names in this, only because there is not one person I did not want to forget because each and every one of them cared and are top notch professionals in their fields, and very personal and made what could have been a bad situation into a very excellent experience for mom and her kids. Thank you for what you are doing, and thank you so much for taking care of our mother. She loved everyone there and she herself still talks about each of you.

My mother in law was recently at Concord. She had wonderful care! I would highly recommend Concord to anyone who needs care for a family member. The administrator Nick Heaberlin is extremely professional and is very visible during the day!

This is Jim Payne, Teresa’s husband. We had to put my sister in about 3 months ago We were so worried that she would be upset. She loves it there. The staff are friendly and do their job well. It is clean and I have always been able to talk to someone when my sister needed anything. I am so glad we chose Concord in Wheelersburg.
