I would not recommend this horrible facility to anyone. My brother was placed there by hospital in January for a 10 day rehabilitation stay. He got pneumonia twice, skin infection, fluid in feet. The place stunk as soon as you walked in the door, and when you would call and try to speak with a nurse well that was out of the question. They never answered or call you back. In June he was sent to hospital with fluid in lungs and No One was notified he was sent to hospital! Eleven days later my brother was sent to hospice house where he passed away less than 24 hours later. He could not recover from what this horrible place did to him. It needs to be shut down!!

Let me say this first, some of the higher ups and a couple nurses were extremely sweet and showed to a Memorial Event they have once a hear to honor lost ones. They actually showed up just to support my family and sat with us the entire event. One of them had lost her brother just a couple days prior and still came to show support. That was unbelievable. But the immediate staff are unbelievably sucky. When my grandmother passed 3/29 these jerks WENT THROUGH ALL OF HER BELONGINGS and ONLY boxed what they thought we wanted. We are missing a family airlome Elvis throw blanket that was in the SAME drawer as the other one they gave us back in the box. They sent some of her other belongings to our old houses address vs calling my mother and checking what to do with it before shipping. But the BIGGEST quam is we TOLD THE STAFF the NIGHT she passed and they called to notify us to NOT TOSS ANY POSSESSIONS, that we will be there to sort them out. Couple days later we come, all her clothes were pitched and her robe, of course laundry conviently left for the day so we couldn't get them back. Said she'd get a hold of laundry and get it back to us. It's been three weeks, so we already know that's chalked up to a loss too. Again, THANK YOU to the few amazing staff that showed support for her. But SHAME to the staff on duty the night of 3/29 for NOT respecting our wishes about sorting through the items. Point being, you lose a loved one drive there IMMEDIATELY for their belongings even if your too emotional and crying so hard you can't see. We should have done that instead of grieving for a couple days before getting the belongings. Shame on us for grieving huh?

I recently had my mom there for rehab. I had spoke with Katie through her stay. Katie always seemed understanding when I had questions. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

I recently had family placed here and the staff are so fantastic and caring. Specifically I’d like to mention Kori and her amazing skills! Despite what was asked she found a way to accommodate. Wonderful and clean facility!
