As someone who works closely with older adults and families navigating housing and care decisions, I have had the opportunity to visit many senior living communities. Pinnacle Springs stands out for both its beautiful environment and its exceptional people.

The community is thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed, and exceptionally well maintained. The apartments and common areas are welcoming, comfortable, and create an atmosphere that feels both elegant and inviting.

What truly sets Pinnacle Springs apart, however, is the staff. Every team member I have encountered has been friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to the well-being of the residents. Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond are evident in every interaction.

For families looking for a senior living community where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care, I would highly recommend Pinnacle Springs.

Should have saved my money and not moved in.
I moved in after living at Primrose retirement community with my service dog. My dog was trained to do many things but the main thing was to retrieve anything I drop and return it to me cause Im in a wheelchair. I was at Primrose about 6 months but I wanted to be by the pinnacle mall so I chose to move to Pinnacle Springs . No problems at Primrose in fact many times he was off leach and no problems. Moved in to pinnacle springs and they made me remove him from their property. The dog was having problems being without me he’s a service animal . He’s with me 24-7 except to eat. So he figured how the door handle works and got out , not hurting anyone, looking for me.
They said the dog would have to go. I was there about 4 months .
I wanted my dog back so I moved to Vista at the Summit. Management loves him and has had Zero problems with him.
So is the problem my service dog or Pinnacle
Springs wanting my money so let me move in but then throws my service dog out.
I would give no stars if I could .

This is a wonderful place to experience senior living. It is every thing it advertised. They recently hired a new Chef and the food is tasty, always a variety so you can find something you like. From the Concierges to the Housekeepers all have been knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. There are various areas to enjoy and many activities going on if you choose
to participate. It’s a wonderful and safe place to spend your senior years.

We moved here from another retirement community a few months ago and we love this place. Management and staff are always friendly and helpful, the dining is excellent and there are plenty of activities available to choose from. Highly recommend!
