Read the fine print on all the financials before making any equity ownership purchase.If your loved one passes, you have 30 days to vacate. They will purchase the home from you at a huge discount of the current market value and charge $100,000 in closing fees. Absolutely disgusting how they treat the loved ones after their client is gone. Beautiful place but not worth the financial risk.

This place is like a resort. I was in the Rehab unit for about a week. Their gym has advanced workout equipment. Their meals are chef quality. All patients are housed in a large room with TV. It is single occupancy Aside from their physical enhancement, the rehab is first rate. In retrospect I think I may have been released a little too soon.

A beautiful place, always kept up-to-date. The staff are absolutely wonderful and I greatly appreciate everything that was done for my grandfather and everything that is being done for my great aunt. Thank you profoundly!
