Do not send anyone to this rehab center. My husband was thrown into his bed by a 6 ft aid when he grabbed my husband by the arm and it cut open his arm making it bleed profusely . He has to wait hours for someone to come and help him. I called the nurses station to ask if my husband was back to his room and when I called back a second time I was told I already asked a question. You only get to ask one question! I am having my husband transferred immediately! My daughter went to see my husband and he had been sitting in urine all afternoon until my daughter got there at 7:30pm and got the necessary help to change his garnets and bedding.

It sucks. Its dirty. The floors are sticky. Residents walking around or in wheelchairs coughing and sneezing with no mask on and are allowed to roam the floors SOME staff are obnoxious, unprofessional and outright rude and cruel. My brothers weekly menu was ignored and he was given cold baloney and American cheese sandwich and a cup of juice 3 days in a row for dinner because the spiteful staff refused to fax his menu request to the kitchen. This is because I speak up for my brother who has to live there and is afraid to complain for fear of more mistreatment. This was a last resort and I am actively working on getting him out of there before he dies. This mistreatment began when I pointed out to one of. The nurses he looked and felt sick for days and the staff ignore me. So for 2 weeks he was sick and then they finally sent him to the hospital where an MRI of his brain showed he had just suffered a mild stroke. It was also seen he had a mild stroke approximately 2 weeks prior, yes the same 2 weeks prior that he looked sick. He had. A stroke. Left untreated and ignored because the nurse that I mentioned my brother being sick to ,choose to ignored me because I am his voice, his advocate. So yes . So he had a second stroke 2. Weeks later. In the hospital

Staff members are wonderful but overworked This place is understaffed. The wall color in the Dementia unit is drab, sad and dirty. No music and family members/visitors are not allowed in activities room.

Son was transferred here for rehab.Large 280 bed rehab and nursing facility.Staff from all therapy departments called me to get some insight into how he was before the accident so that they could understand what was needed to get him back to his normal level. Food was good and sandwiches were available if the meal was not something my son liked to eat. Between meal snacks are also provided if patients requested them. The three therapists who provided service while I was there were very patient with getting the evaluations completed so they could personalize his therapy. They also understood his transition anxiety in the new surroundings and returned to check on him regularly.Rooms are clean with decent furnishings, tvs, and lamps to make it less institutionalized. Laundry service is provided if you wish. So far both of us are happy with this center.
