My mother has been a resident at WCC for 2+ years now. I would really like to compliment her nurse, Mary. She is the Unit 1 charge nurse. I just cant express how thankful our family is for Mary. She is just OUTSTANDING!! She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is knowledgeable on absolutely everything. No matter how busy she is, she always takes the time to answer any questions. She takes the time and really truly cares for the residents. The care center is so fortunate to have such a wonderful professional..kind..caring.. great friendly and loving nurse. I have such an easy feeling leaving and knowing Mary is there..because I know my mom will be excellently cared for. She truly is The Best!

My mom had an excellent stay. All of the staff were great to her. The nursing staff were able to accommodate all of her needs. This was the best care she has ever received since being in the hospital. My mom loved the following staff: Jessica LPN, Carol LPN, Eboni CNA, Mike P, Tammy CNA, and Latoya CNA. I also greatly appreciated Krissy in Laundry for taking care of mom’s clothes. This is a wonderful facility. Michael G.

As soon as we walked in the door after an 8 hour drive here to see my father..we were greeted by the nicest lady at the front desk and everyone else has given us the warmest welcome..was very happy with the decision to send my dad here for rehab. And he likes it here too!

I would like to personally thank three nurses who took exceptional care of my mother while she was in unit one. These nurses are: Ann, Natasha, and Nicole. I would also like to personally thank three exceptional aides who took care of my mother In unit one. They are: Althea, Lisa, and Nyda. These three nurses and three aides took exceptional care of my mother by not only taking care of her medical needs, but by showing her empathy and compassion, as well.

My 92 year old mother was a resident in Westhampton Care Center from March 11th to May 20th 2026. At the time of her admission she was unable to walk. She had undergone a partial hip replacement because of a fall. She began to walk in the hallway with help and a walker by the 2nd week in April. The care she received at Westhampton Care Center our exceeded our expectations. I was impressed with the patience, professionalism, dignity and warmth shown by your team. They worked around the patient’s problems with flexibility and a smile. I would especially like to recognize her nurses Munum and Andrea; her CNAs Sherri,Ingrid and Cassidy; and her Physical Therapists Elvis,Laura and Chyna. Their gentle approach encouraged my mother to become confident enough to reach her goal to come back home. Our family is ever so grateful.
