Aurora Assisted living has been excellent for my mother. Recently they assisted her in getting to her dental exams for dentures. I am extremely thankful for the staff there, especially director Sarah Morris. TheMother's Day Tea at Otterbein Lebanon was wonderful May 12, 2026. Ann-Marie the Food Service Director for the entire community, ( its big) Supervised and served with many of the other women who work there. Across the entire community, over 400 served. Ann-Marie is hero for the outstanding way she leads and for her service to residents.

Otterbein Day Services has been so great for my husband. He enjoys the social aspect and activities there. He especially likes the hymn singing every Tues and the music and art. Thank you so much Otterbein! They also shave him twice a week!

Don’t send anyone you love here. They neglect patients and are very rude. The higher the level of care, the worse level of care your loved one will receive. Some of the nurses in full-term care are very rude and lazy (I say so because literally every time we showed up the nurses were not working, but were usually sitting on the couch watching tv or standing around talking and had not even visited my loved one for hours). Honestly, I wouldn’t send even a bad dog here for care.
