My wife stayed here for long time nice workers nice aids very nice food and overall amazing people and service there Heavenly place recommend for friends and family

My loved one has been here for almost 2 years and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Anytime I need something the managers, nurses and aides are always very quick to take care of it. The building is clean and it does not have the typical “nursing home smell” I would definitely recommend Pine Ridge.

I have had nothing but a great experience with this place. My aunt is in here and she is really enjoying it and everyone is friendly and it’s clean. Highly recommend.

This place is a nightmare , my family member was here for rehab,within a few days she had an unattended fall which sent he to the hospital,the nurse told me my family member was a 2 person assist which was not right,my family had to go in everyday to walk her,she wasn't eatting and they either left her in a wheelchair or her bed which we asked them not to.i was excluded from meetings because they said my family member didn't want me there,my family member said that was a lie,she wanted me there but they lied.when she was discharged they said she was 24 hr care and they would send in help which was a lie,nobody came.the nurse screamed at me in front of a group of people which is very unprofessional. A month later now my family member is doing great and walking no thanks to them,my family had to do this on our own she is eatting good and exercising, she thanks me everyday and hugs me and she is so grateful to be home.this nurse made it sound like I was just a housekeeper and errand running which is not true I do everything.my family member will never go to this place again the nurse has no compassion and doesn't belong in that job.
