I would like to give Ormond rehab a 10 star rating, as my boyfriend had an exceptional experience in his several weeks stay. The staff, from the front desk and admissions to the janitorial staff were all outstanding. Everyone demonstrated kindness and consideration, and the care he was given was truly exemplary. Having visited ,four rehabs in 7 months, I can confidently say this rehab facility Stan's out is the best. I highly recommend Ormond rehab above all others as the best rehab facility in the Daytona Beach area.

Unfortunately my mom stayed here, and she described it as jail. Most of the CNAs have an attitude and don’t answer call bells, leaving patients alone and in pain for hours. They don’t receive enough food. It was a fight to get her out of there early, because we were concerned for her wellbeing.

So my mom went into the Ormond Rehab Nursing 3 weeks ago she was discharged due to her insurance on Friday the 13th of February so they not only sent her home with pneumonia and high ammonia levels but they sent her home with no medication saying they would call in prescriptions for the pneumonia so now here I sit with a sick mother and no medication. Home Health Care not set up. Everybody there was nice but nobody did their job no communication to me who they were supposed to call me with any change in her sickness or medication I never got a phone call ever, I had to call and beg for information if I got through, i was always hung up on!! so they all might be nice and dandy but as far as communication levels go and follow up they have none.

This place is a horrible nightmare, during my husband 5 days. My husband send there for rehabilitation, and the cleaning, the environment and service are very poor. I have to stay with him all day because he has high risk to fall and nobody is alert of this, no alarm in the bed. The bed has the mattress upside down because in the right side, the smell and looking was horrible. The bed does not have safety bars, no body change her pamper and he has ugly rash in just 24 hours. I stay with him the first night in a very uncomfortable chair because I was worry for his safe and some worker put me out of the facility at 5:20 am because according to her I am not allowed to to stay overnight. He is my husband and I am his care giver also. The food was bad. He has to call in order to use the toilet and no body helps him. I have to way for the weekend in order to receive authorization from his ensurance and really my husband has a bad time. Please don’t bring your love once to this place if you really love them.

We had transferred my father in law from a hospital after numerous falls to Signature Healtcare of Ormond for physical rehabilitation. The staff treated him like family and the physical therapy was top notch. Surprizingly the meals prepared by their chef were restaurant quality making his stay so much more enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff for his care! I would highly recommend Signature Healthcare of Ormond for physical therapy.
