This is the worst place on planet Earth. I wouldn't leave a pigeon in their care. My brother is being neglected medically & nutritionally. Stay away from this place or your loved one will be dead in no time. They are nasty from the reception to nursing & doctors. I'm constantly being transfered to a phone that never picks up. When I do get through I'm cursed out & hung up on. What a bunch of evil individuals. Horrible, horrible place. They should lose their license & be closed down immediately. Absolutely disgusting place with no regard for human life. All they care about is $$$$.
This facility is not good , the stealing of patients belonging in their room , they don't care , new clothes stolen , new cell phone stolen , and to a patient who is blind ,police was called and i sent all the tracking of the phone to the administrator and still they didnt get the phone back.no actual doctor their it's a lprn is the only one their , asked for and eye Dr appointment to fix his cataracts been waiting 3 months , yes some aides and some nurses are rude . I can say that 2 of them are super nice and one maintainace staff member eddie help this blind patient , the laundry supervisor the worse , Takes them to long to get to the room. The patient is always with me or his son on the phone and it takes them hours to show up. To help him. He asked to please he needs to go to the hospital he was not feeling good they told him no. Well monday 11/3/2025 the ambulance was called rushed to the hospital when he got to the emergency room he was already passed out and had to get emergency intubation was put in the icu , was sent to hospital with only his name , they didnt know he was blind , on kidney dialysis, severe diabetic no family member names or emergency person to call this was monday morning aroung 830am. We were not called at all from the facility at all. To let us know , we came to find out around 946pm because i called the facility to talk to him because it was strange he did not call all day and that when i immediately called his son. and the hospital, because lack attention from the staff , they didnt believe him when he said he needed to go to the hospital and he is still in the hospital, 11/8/2025, i was a nurse for 30 years i never ever abandoned a patient, and this friend of mine is how i meet him and still i help him with everything. The activity director never bother to take him out his room so he can get out of the room. The administrator tried to help but really didn't still waiting for the phone number to at&t to help fix his phone which got stolen. The social worker really didn't help. The receptionist are the best . More concerned about the patients , the calls to the nurses station the put off the phone so they don't receive calls , this patient went to the hospital and they refused to accepted him back knowing he is on kidney dialysis, diabetic, blind and was doing good with his addicting he had, to refuse to take him back were he already knew everyone was a very shamefully unacceptable from this facility. Very unprofessional of them. I really don't recommend this place
They do have another blind person patient which I don't know how he is being treated . I can go on and on, but if you can see, walk, talk, and have family . Please go visit first , at first they were all happy , nice helpful friendly that lasted for almost 2 weeks , please read reviews , go visit the place ask and ask all the questions you need and please if you have family have them visit once a week. And i found out that some staff members got fired from this facility. 11/6/2025 . People remember you will find health care professionals who LOVE THEIR JOBS they are those who don't and just want that paycheck , their is a big difference. GOOD LUCK.
Update from today 11/11 when they said his belongings will be taken to him . Plus things in the safe , NOW a blind man needs to make arrangements to get his belongings and still admitted at the hospital. , they can't keep their words either

This facility is the worst facility I have ever been to. My dad is currently there for rehab. He has been neglecting since day one. He has been there since 12/26 and to this day has not been offered or given the supplies ( wash clothes/ towels/ soap) to bath. They never gave him a toothbrush/ toothpaste. He never has sheets on his bed when I arrive. The room is dirty, shoes stick to the floor when you walk on it, there is dirt and small debris in and around the bed, there is an odor of urine the minute you step into the hallway leading you to the rooms. Every time I go I spend the first 5 minutes making his bed, disinfecting the side table, gathering the full garbage bags and taking out the trash. The nurses and physicians have neglected him. There is no healthcare at all. This place is committing medicare fraud big time. The call light stays on for one to two hours to the point that I have to call corporate and get them to contact one of the nurse supervisors that lives near and she has to drive up to the facility to have the staff provide care due to no one answers the phone after 5pm. This has happened more then once. Dylan in corporate definitely does a good job of telling me what I want to hear and then doing absolutely nothing to have the situation changed. Due to the holidays I have not been able to report them however tomorrow I will be calling the ombudsman, Medicare , Advent Health ( they transferred my dad here) to make a formal complaint. I will also be filing a grievance. My dad has requested to talk to a dr since day one and was told not until next week on Tuesday after the holidays. We all know Dr are on call 24/7. He is a chronic pain patient and had to beg for pain medication. I had to get involved for this to happen. The nurses/cna are rude, unprofessional and sloppy. They lie repeatedly. I am a nurse of 19 years and would be embarrassed to provide the level of care this place does. These employees belong working in a prison or not in healthcare at all. My dad being in this facility has caused me extreme anxiety to the point I am unable to sleep at night. I am doing everything in my power to get him out of there.
