I cannot say enough about the compassion, kindness, and thoughtfulness of the staff at Ormond Manor. Caring for a loved one with dementia is incredibly challenging, and making decisions about the next stage of care can be overwhelming. Ormond Manor has supported us through every step of this journey. They offer Adult Day Care, respite care, and full‑time residency. We used all three, and each one made the transition to full‑time care so much smoother for my mom. She started in Adult Day Care, where she quickly became comfortable with the staff, the residents, and the routine. She made friends and genuinely enjoyed being there. When we used respite care, she was actually disappointed when it ended because she missed “her room.” So when it was time to move to full‑time residency, she was excited to return to a place that already felt familiar and safe. The staff has been incredibly supportive, transparent, and caring throughout the entire process. No hidden fees, no surprises—just honesty and compassion. The facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. I’m truly grateful for everything they’ve done for my mom and our family. If anyone has questions about our experience, feel free to reach out.

I am so grateful for the care our loved one has received at Ormond Manor. We have used them consistently for respite care since 2021, and over the last year, have enrolled in their adult day care program as well. Our sweet mom has always been treated with respect, kindness, and love when we have entrusted her into their care. With family far away and not able to help us as caregivers, this has been a life-changing partnership. The management and staff have been so accommodating and determined to do everything necessary to provide the specialized care our loved one needs. We are grateful beyond words!

We are so grateful for the Adult Day Care Services at Ormond Manor Assisted Living & Memory Care. Having my dad attend during the week gives me the peace of mind and focused time I need to work, knowing he’s in a safe and welcoming environment. The staff has been incredibly caring and intentional about getting to know my dad—his personality, his preferences, and what brings him joy. He especially loves music time and dancing, and it means so much to see him smiling and enjoying himself. This program has truly been a blessing for our family. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Ormond Manor, my Mother-in-law started in their daycare program which was great it gave us time to work and do the things we needed to. When she got sick and was in hospital Beth from Ormond Manor came and helped us navigate the emergency room , they had a bed ready for her that day so we were able to transition from the ER to memory care. They are so good to her and let her help decorate etc if she gets bored. All the staff are wonderful special thanks to Beth, John and Yvette.

John and the staff have made what was a very difficult family decision into a great success. My mom has only been in the facility for about 2 months, but she seems to have improved from when living at home with us. The facility provides lots of interaction and great facilities. We are very happy with our decision to have my mom stay at Ormond Manor. Keep up the great work!
