My dad has been residing at Orchard Valley for about 7 months and I can’t say how impressed I am with the care he has received. From the initial interaction of moving him in to how involved he is now, is amazing. My dad doesn’t like to get involved in activities, but the staff at Orchard Valley have a way that helps to get him going. I had been praying that the Lord would open the right door for where my dad could call home, and the Lord answered my prayer. You ALL are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for the peace you leave me with knowing he is in good hands. THANK YOU to every single staff member! God bless you ALL

The hardworking staff at this facility are what makes the difference. The front reception, CNA’s, maintenance team, kitchen, nursing staff, billing and janitorial are the backbone of why Orchard Valley excels as they all genuinely care about the residents and their daily needs. They have provided great care for my Mom for some time now and are attentive to her health and needs. Thank you.

I am a care manager working primarily in Buncombe and Henderson Counties. I am in and out of many facilities. One of my clients was placed in the facility in the early fall. Orchard Valley has been an unexpected Gem. The staff are positive and attentive. There has been excellent communication with all staff, nursing, therapy and social work, The facility is always clean and decorated for the season. The staff genuinely care and are always pleasant and engaging. I have been so pleased with the care that my client has received.

I visit this facility quite often. The staff are pleasant and helpful, Lisa at the front is wonderful and always meets everyone with a kind smile even on the busier days. The hallways don’t smell like most nursing homes and I always see a house keeper available for room clean ups or spills. They also have a smoking area for your loved one which is an extreme bonus in my opinion, really adds to the homelike environment and less like a hospital type setting that most nursing homes give off. The residents always seem happy and smiling. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

WOW!!! Can I just say the staff are so attentive. I was looking for placement for my grandma! The front receptionist greeted me with an amazing smile and directed me to their concierge Jonathan. He gave me a wonderful tour of the facility. He even asked me all about my grandma and the things she likes and didn’t like because he wanted to make sure the stay here would be amazing for her. They had a wonderful Wizard of Oz theme when I was there. Everyone was dressed up as if we were back in OZ. They truly care about their activities here and that is hard to find at other facilities. It smelled so good in here as well. Other facilities I visited made me nervous because of the smells but not here. I can’t wait to bring my sweet grandma here. The staff really care! And that is the most important part.
