Jon and his team are responsive to client needs, have well-trained caregivers, and are attentive and supportive. He spent an hour with me and my family before arranging an appropriate caregiver. While we did need to change caregivers (in terms of fit) after a few months, they were quick to arrange an alternate plan. I feel that they are a trustworthy and responsible company, and care deeply about the needs of older individuals.

I have recommended Right at Home to all who asked who we used for home health care for our mother. The quality of care she received was commendable. The staff was professional, caring, communicative and experienced. Management was responsive and compassionate and the patient portal was a real plus. I can't speak highly enough of the experience we had with this company!

We are so grateful for the compassionate and quality care Right at Home is giving our elderly dad. We have been so impressed with the communication, professionalism and flexibility of the company to meet our dad’s changing needs, and ability to provide staff sometimes on short notice. Right At Home has been a God send! When I needed immediate in-home care for my 87 year old father, they did not hesitate. They promised me they would be able to provide the care we needed within 24 hours of my request! I’ve never felt so much relief knowing my father would be well cared for after his discharge from rehab. Right at Home has been caring for my father for almost 4 months now, and I cannot say enough about the great quality of care, the excellent communication with office management and the true concern they have for my father’s health. They have truly helped keep my father in the home he loves so very much. Without Right at Home, we would have had to move my father out of his home and into a facility. Right at Home has walked me through every difficulty and schedule change (and there have been many due to my parents every changing set of circumstances). Not once have they come back to me and said they couldn’t accommodate us. They have addressed every single concern I had with professionalism and care. I truly don’t know what I would do without Right At Home! I am forever grateful! Jane A.
