Independent living residents choose from one, two, or three-bedroom floor plans featuring large windows, granite countertops, pull-out shelving, and other high-quality finishes. Housekeeping and maintenance are included with each apartment home, freeing residents to pursue their interests.

Heather Glen, the on-site assisted living community, provides support with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily activities for those who need help. The homelike environment serves both Ardenwoods residents and non-residents, offering varying levels of care tailored to individual needs.

Life at Ardenwoods centers on resident-directed activities and wellness. The community features a gym and pool, walking trails throughout the campus, art classes, a choir, chef-prepared meals, and regular social hours. Programming has included hands-on musical experiences and special events like the Chautauqua's History Comes Alive festival.
