My mother received two broken feet as a result of the negligence of this facility. She is 99 years old. They lied about the circumstances. She was not alone in her own room. She was in the hallway with an attendant. In addition, she was left sitting for hours waiting for somebody to come get her out of her chair ; she called me, crying and crying because nobody came to get her. This happened too many times to count. The same attendant who was with her in the hallway, also dropped her in the bathroom and she split her head open and had to go to the hospital.The food was terrible, which was part of the reason my mother lost a great amount of weight down to 91 pounds.My mother and our family have experienced incredible trauma and expense. Do not put your loved ones here.<br><br>Don’t bother trying to call corporate to get some help because we did that too and nothing came of it<br><br>And there’s more. People stealing from my mother, stealing money and stealing adult diapers. People coming into her room at night turning on the light ;my mother on the other side of the room in a chair can’t get up so she calls out- nobody answers but the light goes out and the door closes. They hire people from agencies and you never know what you’re going to get. But to be fair, there was a handful of very caring attendants, but that could not compensate for the terrible things that did happen.

Heather Glen takes extremely good care of my Father who is 97. I find that the facility is very clean, the food is good and the staff really cares about the residents. Pam Pate and Sarah Marr have done an outstanding job managing Ardenwoods and Heather Glen. My family could not have asked for more.

Comfortable environment. The staff are very attentive to the clients’ needs. There are a lot of activities for the clients too

Residents are mistreated and left up for hours at night, staff let them go to bed in their daytime clothes without toileting them or making sure they haven’t had an accident they let residents sit out on a couch literally all day and night and don’t touch or check on them.
