I just had a great virtual tour of two homes by Eric Smith at Heritage Hills Senior Comm. It was wonderful to see the actual places and be able to ask questions. This sales manager goes beyond expectations to quickly answer questions, provide information and to respond to anything I wanted to know. He seems to really want to give customers everything they might need. He’s very straight forward about pricing, amenities and all of my concerns. I understand why his reviews are so positive. I love the look of this community and it could not have a better person helping one know what the place is like. I believe he will make getting into the community very smooth. Thank you Eric.

We have just moved in to the facility. We have a two bedroom, two bath, den and covered deck. So far everything has been great and the food is really good. We visited other retirement communities and found that this one the best for our needs. The campus is very pretty with walking trails and very wooded. There are numerous activities provided with transportation also included. Great place and Eric provided a seamless entry.

Fabulous place. Everything is in top shape. Everyone was. Super helpful and friendly. Food at lunch looked fantastic. Eric who to me and my son around answered all my questions. VERY impressed

The only problem is that the holding company is tight on money to them. Consequently, repairs are not done sufficiently. I am having to buy a screen door for the slider off my sun room and I had to buy an angled mat for the transition from my walk to the driveway. I had fallen on the day I was shown the house due to this hazard. There are many such uneven walks throughout the project. The people who work here are wonderful as are the residents.
