My mother, 88 yrs young, fell and broke her hip. She spent approximately 35-40 days in rehab at Olde Knox Commons. I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the staff. They are very responsive and treat everyone with dignity and respect. I was there every day for at least 2 hrs during the week and 6 hrs on the weekend. I would also come before work for 15-20 mins occasionally to meet the people on first shift and get to know those who my mothers care was entrusted. My mother loved the staff and they seemed to love her as well. When tough love was needed to move my sweet lil stubborn lady’s hips, they were there to support me in motivating her. We had zero complaints. Although my mother was happy to come home she expressed how much she would miss her friends and the staff there. By the way I hear social time is the best for avid BINGO enthusiasts 🥰.

The absolute best experience from the time my father entered the facility until he passed. Great caring professional staff and administration in a changing dynamic environment. This is not easy work for any skilled nursing facility. Outstanding communication between Olde Knox Commons and Hospice when eventually that time came. This is the place for your loved one when the care that is needed confronts your family.

My father was at Olde Knox Commons 2 years ago. He was at another facility when our family requested for a transfer. The Social Worker came to the other facility, completed the paper work and had him transported the same day. The staff was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding as we faced many challenges with my father after his stroke. The therapy team did an outstanding job rehabilitating him. The Doctor and his staff addressed all our concerns. The building was always clean and free from order. My family felt comfortable and welcome during his stay. He is no longer with us, but we Thank God for a beautiful experience.
