Moving a family member into senior living is a massive transition and difficult, but New Perspective Carlson Parkway has made it a wonderfully smooth experience. The facility itself is stunning—very bright, airy, and clean, with great gathering spaces like the pub and cozy fireplace areas. The staff here has been incredibly warm and attentive, and our parents/grandparents/great grandparents seen happier and ate smiling and laughing more than I've personally seen in years. Yes, it's had it's ups and downs due to my parents being very resistant to moving out of their house, but staff has been exceedingly patient. They seem to focus on family and family is welcome to join in on all the activities. Lovely happy hours and I even joined in for bingo one day. Having 24/7 care on-site has given our family immense peace of mind. It truly feels like a supportive community rather than just a facility. Thank you!
