The manager went out of her way to bring me an application...what I saw of the place was nice...not much parking...the few tenants I meet were very nice

It took me two years on the waiting list before I got in but it was well worth it. Shannon and Kevin made it vertually painless for me to move in and now that I've been here a little while I'm so glad I'm here. The manager Shannon and Kevin who is in charge of maintenance have been great! So are the residents, it's more like having an extended family everyone is so nice and kind. What a huge change from other places I have lived that will remain nameless. I just can't say enough good things about living here. The best by far!

Although I am not eligible (62 and up), Shannon could not have possibly been more kind, caring and sweet. By far, the most helpful person in my endeavor to relocate. She gave me not 1 but 5 resource numbers to call for assistance. God bless you Shannon 🙏💜
