Babs C. the housing manager is amazing! She has really turned around the atmosphere in the 4 years she has been here. She is also very prompt with responding to any complaints, problems or concerns. She definitely makes this place feel like home.

I had an appointment today Friday 5/1 to tour an apartment at Shag Mountlake Senior Living Apartments. I did bring with me two friends to ask questions I missed. We met with James Effler, Community Manager. He was amazing, very knowledgeable and was fine with all the questions we asked. He took us all around the building from the beautiful rooftop to the beautiful courtyard. Beautiful, well kept clean building & property. James did not rush us, spent plenty of time with us which I really appreciated. Great person for running that amazing community. Thank you.

I really appreciated James who did a great job showing me around the facility. It's a very nice place and it was nice not to be rushed. I came away with a very positive view of the apartments and amenities.
