Orlando responded to my rooftop pecking bird problem. He installed mesh to prevent further nesting. Great job!! //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Karen is always friendly and helpful and gets on a problem ASAP. My refrigerator seal was replaced the next day. She is the BEST!!!

Our maintenance man, Orlando, does an excellent job and is recognized as the BEST by our entire community! THANK YOU!!! We are so lucky to have Karen as our Asst Manager. She is so helpful and does everything she can to make life easier. She has a great personality and has gotten so much done here making it a nice place to live. You GO girl!!

Just one word sums it up…AMAZING! From Karen in the front office to the beautiful garden area outside it’s been a wonderful place to live. A special shout out to Orlando, maintenance and overall fix-it guy. He has a heart of gold and the brains to fix any issue imaginable. Superior customer service! Ya gotta luv him!!!

In a nutshell, I couldn’t be happier! Orlando and the maintenance team did an outstanding and timely job servicing the issue with my bathroom fan. A special shout out to Orlando who is a thoughtful, considerate, knowledgeable man with a heart of gold. The whole team has proven to be extremely efficient and professional and I am very grateful to be living here! Jo Ann 👏
