Terrible, Terrible The food is uneatable, staff some are o.k., the rest pittiful. No knowledge of what is going on. Received 1 piece of toast for breakfast. Only have strawberry jelly. I am allergic to strawberries. The chef's cannot cook. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE HERE.

We helped my father-in-law move in here last September and could not be happier with the location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the residents are happy. It has all levels of care from independent living, assisted, and round the clock care. We know if my father in law's health declines, he can remain at the Moorings and would only need to change buildings to upgrade his needs. Food is amazing! Multiple "restaurants" on site, with varied menus. There are always activities, shows, and interest groups to join. I am particularly fond of the ROMEOs (aka Retired Older Men Eating Out) as they are always checkbook out new restaurants around town. They have happy hour and social events almost every time we visit. I joke, it's like living in a fancy hotel, on vacation every day.

My father moved here in the fall. He absolutely loves it. He has his own place. The community is so welcoming. Food is good in their dining room. Amenities are top notch. Indoor pool, gym, happy hour, many social groups, activities etc.

My dad has been at The Moorings for four years in the assisted living area. We have been very happy with his care and attention he receives from the staff. Getting old is no picnic, and both he and his family appreciate all of the staff that we can communicate with on any issue or concern. Diane R. has helped him out a few times on small technical ipad issues and boy, does that help all of us out! Elsa at reception is amazing, as is director Linafe. The nursing staff that assists him during the day and evening are outstanding. The facility is decorated beautifully, and the outdoor areas are landscaped so nice. My dad enjoys walking the grounds and in the spring/summer he uses the shared garden to grow tomatoes. Thank you to the Moorings.

We are beyond happy with how the Moorings has treated our family member. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Especially during the pandemic, we would receive updates and communication that kept us in the loop when we couldn’t visit. Kara Atwood was especially kind and understanding during that difficult time and continues to be available whenever we need to contact her. She radiates kindness and treats every patient and family with respect and tenderness. We are truly thankful to have Kara, and the Moorings staff, keeping our loved one feeling loved and respected.
