I’m writing this review on behalf of both myself and my uncle, for whom I serve as Power of Attorney. From start to finish, our experience with Mona Assisted Living Home has been exceptional. Novelette and Walton are truly remarkable individuals ... kind, attentive, and deeply committed to the residents in their care. They went above and beyond to accommodate my uncle and made what could have been a difficult transition feel smooth, supportive, and personal. The home itself is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The food is good, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into both the environment and the daily routines. What really stands out, though, is the attention to detail and the genuine compassion shown to each resident. My uncle was treated with dignity, respect, and kindness throughout his time there. We are incredibly grateful for the care and support provided by Novelette, Walton, and their family. It gave me real peace of mind knowing my uncle was in such capable and caring hands. I would highly recommend Mona Assisted Living Home to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be truly cared for.
