My dad spent 20 days in this care center. I can’t say enough how well he was treated. EVERYONE caring & professional.Case Manager Lyrrae Wottham is fantastic! We recently delivered flowers to Freedom Plaza Arizona in Peoria and had a smooth, pleasant experience. I have lived here for over 4 years. It is like a small town on a cruise ship. Friendly folks, great food, good friends and more activities than you can possibly take in!<br>My spouse needed memory care and it was done in a caring manner before she passed<br>I have recommended FP to 4 other friends who haves moved to in the last 2 years. They have moved in and love it here!

My mom has been at Freedom Plaza for over two years now. She is happy and enjoying being someplace without yard and housework. She uses their Custom Care service to help with her medication, allowing her to stay in independent living. Highly recommend.
