A year ago, my husband needed to go to a long-term care facility. I had worked in the healthcare field for years. My husband was first placed in another facility, I removed him from that facility in about 24 hours, back to hospital. I then made visits to 2 facilities, and picked this facility, MMM, New Carlisle. The staff make the facility! From the Administrator and to all Staff members, Doctors on Staff, Director of Nursing, Nurses, QMAs, CNAs, Activities Personnel, Rehabilitation Staff, Kitchen Staff, LAUNDRY STAFF, Maintenance Staff, Social Worker, Office Staff, Receptionist, Van Driver, Agency Staff and any other Staff Members I may have missed, THANK YOU I have seen them ALL help and give personal care to the residents. I have been able to relax and enjoy my visits with my husband. They know my husband, his behaviors, his personality, and they all work together to give him the best life possible. No, they're not perfect, but pretty Close.

Do not send your loved one here if they need support for breathing/oxygen/bipap machine etc. My mom needs to wear a bipap machine at night and she's been there for 2 nights now without using it. The first night the nurse was incompetent and they said they didn't know how to use it. The 2nd night they said something must have happened during shipping and it wouldn't work. This is 2 nights/days in a row now without it and she is feeling very sick. This place may be fine for minor rehab services but please think twice before sending someone here.

Shame on this nursing home for neglecting our grandmother and leaving her the way they did SHAME ON YOU ALLLL. I pray no one elses loved one experiences the neglect and malnutrition that our grandmother did

My grandfather was calling for help for a long time and no one helped him. We walked in to him on the floor yelling. Another time he also was found on the floor after he fell off of his chair. He is not treated well. It is very unfortunate. : (
