My mother loves it here. She says it feels like home. Mom is treated as if sshe is the staffs mom. Leah and the staff are fantastic . The share true concern and affection to all the redidents.

This facility treats my mother well, but if you live out of town and want to communicate with your loved one, it is nearly impossible to arrange a phone call. Trying to get someone to answer the phone for a regular call, it just doesn't happen.<br><br>When I asked the owner if she could make an effort to let my mother, who is in hospice, talk to me because she was going to die, she said, "We are all going to die." It was so dismissive, hurtful, and rude. She continued to refuse to agree that talking with my mother would be uplifting for her, too.<br><br>After talking with her, I am saddened to say that her compassion does not outdo her arrogance.

My grandma has received wonderful care. The employees and owner are always super accommodating and treat our family like their family every time we are visiting. Excellent staff.

My mother has been a resident at EmbraceCare for the past eight months and she couldn’t be happier. She is well taken care of and staff treats her like family. I visit several times a week and know first hand how dedicated the staff is. We feel that we are so lucky to have found this group home. I know I could not take care of her on my own.
