I would never put a family member in this facility. The doctor from the hospital put my mother-in-law in there who had dementia, and because she didn’t like it She called relatives from out of state to come and get her and they allowed it with no permission from Her son who had power of attorney and health power of attorney attorney. The police were called and by the time we got There they were gone and everyone acted like it was no big deal . The only reason they have one star is because they won’t let you post without it. also, they do not answer bad reviews online, only good ones, and I bet they make those up themselves.

If I could give this place a 0 I would . My father was in the hospital being sent home with 2 weeks to 6 months well his home wasn’t an option so my family member found this place quickly. At first we thought great he’s out of the hospital he should get better treatment and so on , boy were we wrong there were few amazing nurses/ CNA but there were also the other side of way less than good . The wound care doctor? Let me not even get into that too much minus the fact my father had a wound in an unpleasant place and after having this wound for over a year no doctor had prescribed him lidocaine gel topical or anything I had to bring that up myself. The doors don’t lock when they’re suppose to for going outside so any patient could leave at night if they wanted to . People yelling help from their rooms. Two nurses almost made my father aspirate on his medication. Thank god for hospice because without them stepping in i feel my father would still be suffering. Being threatened to be kicked out by a nurse hours before my father passes because as she’s giving my dad medication on his last day she’s taking the medicine syringe and just pushing it in his mouth as fast as she can and I got scared an told her we don’t do it that way and that she was on the wrong side of his mouth also. The same lady messed up dosing his meds on time . This place allowed my father to sign divorce documents power of attorney documents and titles WHILE HEAVILY MEDICATED AND NO GLASSES ON. People literally had to read to him and I couldn’t be there everyday so I feel he was conned out of his things. They sure had a social worker there for him to sign a power of attorney but had to read to him and point out where to sign to him how is that even legal . ?? We all know their is fine print in these papers . Not to mention the elevators going to the basement when it’s suppose to require a key a resident could get lost or hurt down there . I’d never send anyone there again.

I had been inquiring about rehab for my dad so they left me a voicemail with the info for rehab. Great! Received a second voicemail shortly after to tell me the hospital was actually sending my dad home on hospice and that they also offered hospice! Thankfully I was aware about the hospice decision at the time they called me, but it seems reckless to leave that in a family members voicemail not knowing if they’re aware or not. It felt like a sales call.
