I am extremely grateful for the care my loved one has received at Maple Glen Memory Care. From the initial thorough evaluation to the ongoing communication, it is clear that their commitment to quality, compassion, and individualized care is part of the culture from the top down. That philosophy resonates throughout the entire community from leadership and nursing to caregivers, activities staff, and the entire supporting team.

What stands out most to me is their care plan model and the genuine effort to understand each resident as an individual. Care is tailored to the person rather than expecting the person to fit into a standard approach. The caregivers are skilled at de-escalating the challenging behaviors that can accompany dementia, but just as importantly, they show patience and compassion toward residents during those difficult moments. I have watched staff spend extra time engaging and reassuring residents who need more support rather than avoiding them, and that speaks volumes about the culture of care.

This is our second memory care experience. Our first community was beautiful and offered assurances of quality care and proper ratios, but I learned that as they added residents they did not adjust or train staff accordingly, losing the level of care every resident deserves. The quality of care at Maple Glen has been on an entirely different level.

Even as my loved one's dementia has progressed, I have seen a meaningful improvement in his overall disposition since coming to Maple Glen. Knowing he is surrounded by people who understand dementia, communicate well, and genuinely care about him as a person has given me something invaluable: peace of mind.

I would highly recommend Maple Glen to any family looking for compassionate, skilled, individualized memory care.
