Working with Silverado has been an absolute pleasure. The facility is beautiful, warm, and welcoming — you can truly feel the love and care that goes into every detail. I have had the privilege of working directly with Brooklyn, who is an outstanding coordinator. She is incredibly attentive to her residents, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. The communication and collaboration between our teams have been great! and it's clear that everyone at Silverado shares the same goal — providing the best possible care for their residents. Clinical excellence that actually shows up on the floor. What separates Silverado from most memory care is their clinical infrastructure. Each community has its own on-site Physician Medical Director. Licensed nurses 24-7. As a Geriatric Care Manager, I cannot overstate how much this matters when a Resident experiences a behavioral crisisat 2 AM. Silverado Thousand Oaks is one of a small handful of communities. I recommend without hesitation.

Silverado Thousand Oaks Memory Care Community is honestly such a great place. Right when you walk in, it just feels warm and welcoming. The staff are all super kind and you can tell they really care about the residents and families. Shoutout to Tonirose, the Family Ambassador she’s the best! She’s always so helpful, easy to talk to, and makes everything feel less stressful. You can tell she really cares about people. Definitely recommend this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an Amazing Assisted Living Community! When I think back to what our family went through as my aunt began losing her memory, I truly wish we had known about Silverado Thousand Oaks. Finding the right place for a loved one during that time is emotional and overwhelming and having a community like this would have made all the difference. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with several families who have chosen Silverado Thousand Oaks, and the feedback has been consistently outstanding. They speak highly of the compassionate care, the attentive staff, and the peace of mind they feel knowing their loved ones are in such capable hands. Today I visited Silverado Memory Care Community in Thousand Oaks.It is in a beautiful residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains. I was blown away at the genuine kindness and engagement that the staff provided residents. There were two service dogs, birds, a sports rehabilitation facility, community center, games, and smiling faces everywhere. Residents were greeted by name. The dining room was beautiful and pristine. While none of my family or friends are in need of memory care, I would place someone I loved, with confidence and trust, at this facility. Thank you, Silverado, for the beautiful space you have created for our senior population.
