Today after all the conversations with multiple people, my husband’s called button is still on the floor nowhere where he can reach it if he needs help the room was finally cleaned, but I stayed here the other day until it got cleaned. Greg still won’t talk to me. He’s the director of the facility. He’s always busy or on the phone or gone even though I passed his window coming in and I can see him in there. Nothing‘s been replaced no shoes no clothes no razor or shake like I mean electric hair clippers I’m going to try to transfer my husband to another facility but he’s gonna need clothes to put on and shoes to wear.

My husband is being neglected, has a bed sore, his arm has been scrapped, room not cleaned for several days now, I talked to Greg and was told if your not happy here you are more than welcome to go somewhere else.

The nursing staff is rude and unhelpful. My grandma wreaked of urine. Her bedroom seemed cramped, stunk and the ceiling had mold and water stains on it. Not a way you want the elderly treated, whoever runs this place should be disciplined.

This is one of the lowest rated nursing homes in the country and your family member will end up abused just based on the extreme lack of staff(due to ridiculous turnover). My mom had to be transferred from the 4th floor after acquiring an infection, turns out a hole was in the ceiling and water was streaming in. I have pictures of the damage and the way they "fixed it". They threw a board over the top of wet, moldy, brown disgusting ceiling tiles and wall paper and called it a day. It's the most half-butt maintenance ive ever seen. Depending on which staff member I talked to I got a different lie told to me when I asked about what was really going on. The staff kept stealing her phone?? I asked them to file an incident report, I never got any confirmation of one being filed any time I asked them if one was filed no one knew or would respond with a simple "yes". Meanwhile, I got confirmation her phone was being taken when staff was answering her phone but not putting her on the phone. In 6 months they have called me multiple times now to alert me of strange incidents where my mom got "hurt" and they didnt know how. Including her falling down and being found just lying o the floor for an indeterminate amount of time. My mom's health has rapidly declined since entering this facility. What a disaster, dont EVER send your family member here.
