I had my mom their during COVID-19 for physical therapy due to her heart attack and knee surgery Mom had to be in a wheelchair. Of coarse couldn't see my mom due to COVID-19. So I was unable to see moms room or conditions, but I would call Mom everyday and their were several issues that happened. First of all they didn't give my Mom a shower for over a week and when I called Friday afternoon they said she missed her scheduled bath day Thursday that she was going to have to wait until Monday. Which they told my mom her bath days where Mondays and Fridays and if the day had changed noone told my mom. 2nd thing that happened I spoke Mom and her catheter had been linking and found out that noone had been checking it, changing it, or cleaning it for the first week Mom was thier, And Mom ended up getting an infection. Then there was another incident one morning I spoke w mom her blood pressure was very high (which mom had been on BP meds for years and her dr had her BP regulated with the prescription she was on) Mom proceeded to tell me they didn't give her BP meds at bedtime. When I called the administrator she practically said in so many words that my mom was lying and I felt as if she was blowing me off and blaming it on my mom being absent minded. Which is far from the truth my mom is still very Sharp when it comes to her mind, she just can't walk. I asked my mom what they did for her and she said their doctor perscribed her a different BP pill when she didn't need added BP medication she just needed what her original dr prescribed to her and had been working for moms BP for yrs. Then after I ed to complain about the way they were treating my Mom things got worse they started not answering Moms call light when she had to go to the bathroom and had an accident in the bed because they never showed up for over 45 mins to help Mom to the bathroom or if mom needed ice or water noone would come. I felt sooo helpless not being able to go inside the facility to even check on my mom. I would NOT recommend this place 😡😡😡
