A good friend of the family resides at Lilac Homes. He was at a couple other places prior and this is by far the best facility and care he's received. We stop by whenever we're in the area. Nice to have his own space but know that care is just outside the door if needed. Being able to take him across the street to the Silver Spike for lunch occasionally is also a plus...highly recommended

My Godfather has been a resident at Lilac Homes for several years and I’m always impressed with how positive and kind the staff are when we visit. He’s so well taken care of and always groomed when we visit. I’d highly recommend Lilac Homes to anyone looking for high-quality care for a loved one.

I find it disheartening to read a business owner's criticism of a person who's family member was a resident in your care. I personally know Theresia, and I am very aware of the issues she brought to your attention. Theresia was an active advocate for her mother and only had her best care at heart. I would think you would applaud and encourage all families to advocate for their loved ones. I find it interesting you stated you bent over backwards to provide best care for her mother. Best care for all your residents should be the gold standard. That should not require bending over backwards for any person. It seems to me that that you are admitting that the level of daily care is not up to that gold standard. That makes me question the care my husband received and the reasons for his sudden and unexpected death. While I will never know, I will always wonder.<br>Nancy Campbell
