I called and the phone just rang and rang. Called back and this time a recorded message but no one ever returned my call. I asked for a call back on their website and it's been two weeks with no call back. You just lost business!!!

Very bad employee management a month ago I overheard an employee at. The gas station talking about the seniors private parts that is a hippa violation I’m not sure if she still works here I barely put a review because I was still looking for the senior home she was talking about

My mom was was an elegant angel and a diva...she earned that title. She loved Riverpoint the staff treated her like royalty...just like they treat every King and Queen that resides in comfort! I miss my mom so much however it helps my heart to know she received the best care in the world. I speak from experience...I grew up working our farm and living in some of the most exclusive zip codes in the US. Money fame and external validation will never replace the L♡VE of my mother! My mother passed with a smile on her face! How many of us can say this. I just went there to talk to some of the residents and sing to and with them! This is my God given talent my voice! I hope you know I took time to write this and know I'm real...The longest distance I traveled was from my head to my heart...that which my mom and dad created. God blessed me with 2 amazing parents. I will forever be grateful for the best parents EVER!

Getting thru to ANYONE at River Pointe is a tall tale. "Pick 1 for....pick 2 for..." up to 7. Nobody answers. Breakdown in communication? There is NONE. Very poor communication. I cannot IMAGINE bringing my mother here. No way.

Well my experience with River Point started out well but it fell apart due to their complete breakdown in communication. On 6/28 I toured a 2-bedroom apartment with Carmen Gonzalez and my mom joined via FaceTime. We had a great impression of the apartment and I left telling Carmen that we would likely the unit but we wanted a little time to talk privately. I asked Carmen to please reach out to me if anyone else expressed interest. I left and realized I had a question and left Carmen a voicemail that same day 6/28 asking one question and and reiterating that we'd probably take the unit and asking Carmen to call me. That was a Friday. The next week was the 4th of July week. The following Monday, July 8th I left Carmen another message staying the same things, please call me I have a question, but I think we'll take the unit. Thursday, July 11th I called the main number hoping to talk to someone because Carmen had never returned my call. I talked to another woman who said that she worked under Carmen. When I explained my situation she said "Oh, we rented that apartment yesterday (July 10th) and we don't have any other units available." I asked her to have Carmen call me. To date (July 22nd) I have NEVER received a return call from anyone at River Point. I understand that the unit is not committed until the paperwork is turned in, but I never had a chance to even ask for the paperwork because Carmen never returned my messages. I'm truly disappointed as I thought this would be a great unit/location for my mother.
