I can't say enough good things about Home Instead. I will start with Nicole and Kim, my first initial contact was with Kim and she had me excited in the first 5 minutes that we have found a place that would be thoughtful and kind with my mom. Since I do not live close to my mom, I worried about her. Kim and Nicole spent a lot of time reassuring me and that they understood and bent over backwards to find a caregiver that would blend with my mother's personality. They listened and they visited with my mom and found two lovely caregivers. They would do anything! Mom did not drive so they drove her wherever she wanted to go if she needed something done in her apartment for the holidays they helped her with that they were awesome. Plus the normal routine. They treated her like a humanbeing not a person with issues. We are sad that mom is moving into a place that has their own caregiving staff. My hope Is that we can find someone as wonderful as Home Instead, to take care of mom the same way. HOME INSTEAD is your place!!

Home Instead was a true blessing for our family. During the last months of our mother's life, they provided not just care, but comfort and compassion. They were incredibly easy to work with—flexible, responsive, and willing to adjust hours quickly as our mother’s health declined. That kind of support gave us peace of mind when we needed it most. A heartfelt thank you to Brandi and Teresa. Their kindness and gentle approach made Mom feel safe and cared for. They treated her with dignity and warmth, and that meant everything to us. Everyone on this team was great with every aspect of getting additional care for my mother in her final days. While my 3 sisters and I watched over her as she was discharged from the hospital for hospice care at her own home, we knew that the 4 of us could not do it by ourselves 24 hours a day. Home Instead was able to provide us the respite we needed for the late overnight assistance. From the initial call to the onboarding to the nursing care they provided for her at home was priceless and allowed us to focus in on Mom and her needs during her final days on earth. We are forever grateful for what they do.

We have been with Home Instead for many years...at least 15...1st with Mom, and now with Dad. There aren't enough good words in the world to describe the help, care, compassion, gratitude I have for this company, it's owner, employees, office staff, care pros... I have recommended them to family & friends & they also have had tremendous results !! Caring for elderly parents, family cancer patients, etc is a very difficult emotional time for family & friends...they go above and beyond to help ease that burden and to find the perfect fit for the patient & family !! Being able to have Home Instead to help navigate it all is beyond words....we can't thank you all enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Thank you hardly seem like enough...but thank you so much !!
