New Perspective has everything you’d need and want to make your living space “home” without the worries that come with owning a home including, a full size kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, high ceilings, large bathroom with grab bars, in every apartment. Whether you’re a homebody or want to socialize and be involved in the New Perspective community or need some assistance New Perspective offers those options including, a spacious dining area with a fireplace, 92o degree inside pool, exercise sessions, exercise machines, physical therapy available on site provided by Blue Stone Therapy, a pub with happy hour twice a week that many times features outside greater Fargo entertainers, various clubs, crafts, games & cards, pool table, library, several sitting areas with fireplaces and multiple outside patio areas, plus great meals! If you get to a point where you’re not sure of what’s what, New Perspective has a facility to help care for you in that situation. And it’s connected right to the apartment building. I chose New Perspective as my home two weeks ago. I love it here! Oh yes, the people who work here are kind, caring, friendly folks. Call them for a tour and check it out for yourself.

Our family is incredibly grateful to everyone at New Perspective Senior Living for the kindness, compassion, and exceptional care they gave my mom.<br><br>When her previous facility closed without warning, they welcomed her on short notice and made what could have been an overwhelming transition so much easier. They recognized my anxiety throughout the process and were patient, understanding, and reassuring every step of the way.<br><br>They treated my mom with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion through the end of her life, and that gave our family great comfort. We will always be thankful for the wonderful care they provided and highly recommend New Perspective to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate senior living community.

New Perspective offers something unique and valuable!!! You can go from independent living to assisted living without relocating!! No one else (we could find) offers such an obvious benefit.<br><br>New Perspective exceeded our expectations!! Good food and a family atmosphere in a comfortable setting. Sharon Sondreal assisted our move from South Carolina to ensure it was as pleasant as possible. After we arrived Sharon ensured our needs were met and issues (very few) were resolved to our satisfaction.<br><br>My wife needs occupational and physical therapy that was inconvenient for us. Now, it is available to us on site!!! She also gets her hair cut, pedicure and manicure on site!! More important, the services are provided by competent professionals that are empathetic and caring.<br><br>We are happy here knowing that our future needs will be satisfied by the excellent New Perspective staff. Nice to be comfortable and confident at this stage in life!!!<br><br>New Perspective offers something unique and valuable!!! You can go from independent living to assisted living without relocating!! Been at this New Perspective for just about 1 year. Staff is very friendly and willing to listen to our needs and asks for our input. Meals are varied and prepared to the best of the ability of staff. Plenty of activities to keep everyone happy and more are being added, sometimes too busy.<br><br>Grounds are kept clean and attractive. Great people that take care of individual tasks and apartment comfortable.

I have lived at New Perspective for nearly two years. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. The residents have become my best friends and the staff is excellent. I am blessed to call New Perspective my home.
